Our check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

All policies and package details are subject to change without prior notice. The above pricing and special package is not applicable to Mid Year and Year End School holiday, Chinese New Year and Hari Raya peak period.arrival.

Noise Control Deposit of MYR 1,000 will be levied on Group Booking of more than 12 pax.

The Management reserve the right to refund, cancel or amend any booking according to the T&C.

Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers are confidential. Our site(s) do apply appropriate security applications in order to keep all of our customer information safe at all times.

PH – Public Holiday

Part of House Rules
– Enjoy the peace and quiet and don’t deprive others of the same.
– Speak softly after sun down.
– No noisy techno/industrial/trance-or-equivalent music and strictly no rowdy party.
– Do not bring sound system.
– Silence after midnight.
– Only proper swimming attire is allowed in the swimming pool.
– No swimming or jumping into the pool after 10pm.

We have a surcharge of MYR 324 per extra adult per night and MYR 108 per night (weekday) or MYR 150 per night (weekend) per child below 12 years old.
(subject to availability and discretion of the management)

Deposit Policy: All Reservations Require Full Payment of 100% upon booking. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Credit cards will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) using the daily BBR (Bankers Buyer Rate). Refunds will be processed in Malaysia Ringgit currency.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellation made Two (2) weeks before arrival and including no-shows, change of date(s) and early departures will be charged a 100% cancellation fees.
