Foodscape and Educational Garden

What can be fresher and tastier than food grown within walking distance? We are developing a foodscape, as well as an edible footpath, to supply to our kitchen and to be used as educational props for our guests









Menu Development

Once we have grown more of our own herbs and spices, obviously we need to make good use of them. So, we are working hard with our chefs on developing menu which will make use of and highlight our very own produ p;









With all the flora we have in the rainforest, it will be a waste if bits and pieces are forgotten as the older generations slowly leaving us and yet the younger ones are being urbanised.

So, we take upon ourselves to work with the elders to document and share the great gifts of nature. This effort is leading us to a Jungle Handbook as handout during the jungle trekking.
